Location and getting there
Thanks to its central location in the heart of Zurich's old town, you can reach our historic event location in 10 minutes on foot from Zurich main station or Stadelhofen station.
Public transportation
From Zurich main station you can reach the Zunfthaus zur Schmiden with the following streetcar and bus connections:
- Streetcar 4 and 15 to "Rathaus" (approx. 150 m on foot)
- Streetcar 3 and bus 31 to "Neumarkt" (approx. 250 m on foot)
- Streetcar 6, 7 and 10 to "Central" (approx. 500 m on foot)
Car
There are a few public parking spaces or the following parking garages near the Zunfthaus:
- Urania: Uraniastrasse 3 (approx. 400 m on foot)
- Hohe Promenade: Rämistrasse 22 (approx. 500 m on foot)
- Zurich main station: Sihlquai 41 (approx. 1 km on foot)
Material delivery
Access to Niederdorf or to the supplier entrance at the rear of our guild house is possible daily until 12 noon without additional authorization. If you wish to deliver after 12 noon, you can submit an access permit to the City of Zurich. You will find the relevant form under the following link .
